Help with your computer
Printer offline, email broken, a new laptop to set up? A technician in the US can take control and fix it while you watch. That is on-demand tech support, part of our managed service — you add it to a plan, and it is quoted separately.
Worked 10 AM–6 PM Central, Monday through Friday. You pick the slot and we confirm it by email.
Book a time, or ask what it costs
Either way, nobody connects to your computer until you say yes, you can watch the whole session, and it is written down afterward.
